Biography
Shimon Hijiri (聖シモン, Hijiri Shimon) is a Chūnin from Konohagakure. In Part I he is a proctor for the written portion of the Chūnin Exams. In Part II he assists Inoichi Yamanaka in reading the mind of Yūdachi. His eyes are obstructed by his bangs in the manga.
